Job Purpose:
Health Field Assistant will be directly supervising the technical staff with frequent visits to the field to ensure the quality of implementation of the health and nutrition project in the project targeted health facilities in Al-Jawf Governorate.
The Field assistant is also responsible for the coordination with authorities and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities.
S/ he is responsible to carry out field work in order to mobilize communities, monitor activities and provide support to project management and other team members for the effective and efficient implementation of the project’s activities. S/he will be responsible for the coordination between the team project and all key stakeholders at the targeted districts, implementing work plan, collecting Health information and preparing the monthly and timely reports, follow up the activities in the HFs
The Field assistant will ensure the supplies are provided on time and that the Health activities are addressed on its time. The post holder will be directly reporting to Project Manager. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main responsibilities and duties:
· Provide the Technical Support and Management for health workers in the targeted HFs.
· Coordinate and communicate with relevant government and local authorities at field level.
· Support and oversee the day-to-day implementation of all activities in the field site and submit the daily reports documented with pictures.
· Submit all the weekly, monthly and achievement reports to the line manager on time.
· Review and ensure timely submission of financial and logistical reports from the field site as required.
· Continuous communication with the directors of the health facilities in which the team is located, to ensure the quality of service provided and constantly monitor their performance.
· Solve all the problems that the teams will face in the field.
· Continues communication with the management to keep them informed on any new update.
· Attend regular meetings with the local authorities and organizations working in the governorate.
· Prepare a weekly and monthly action plans and submit it to Project Manager.
· Support logistical and financial departments in providing necessary supportive documents in order to facilitate procurement and payments.
· In collaboration with Health workers in HFs, plan, coordinate and organize for outreach activities.
· Cooperate with project staff to accomplish the tasks in a timely manner.
· Coordinate and arrange for the all-training courses, orientations, briefs and inductions in the project.
· Follow up the attendance of HWs on a daily basis.
· Coordinate and facilitate the CHVs work at community for identification and referral of suspected cases.
· Supervise on the health promotion activities at HFs and community levels.
· Follow up, monitor and supervise the provision of operational expenses to support the health facilities on a continuous basis and in a wise and cost-effective manner and submit their reports.
· In collaboration with project pharmacist, Follow-up and supervise medicine requests provided by the teams.
· Monitor and supervise the disbursement of cash assistance expenses for referred cases.
· Follow up and supervise the delivery of the basic equipment and furniture to the health centres.
· Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and competencies:
Essential
· University degree in Public Health or health or nutrition related qualifications or other relevant qualifications.
· At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Health Field coordinator, assistant or officer.
· Previous experience in a humanitarian setting with NGO.
· Excellent interpersonal and representative skills (written, oral, cross – cultural)
· Good knowledge about key donor regulations.
· Have a good background about the nutrition management intervention and reporting.
· Sound knowledge about ministry of Health protocols and guidelines (CMAM, EPI, RH, IMCI..etc)
· Ability to take initiative where appropriate to deal with difficulties encountered in daily work
· Ability to conduct work in a professional and wise manner
· Ability to deal with relations with local authorities as a representative of NFDHR
· Ability to manage local staff in a mature and impartial manner
· Commitment to the values and principles of NFDHR.
· Good English language skill.

Job Description
The pharmacist will work under the guidance of the Health and Nutrition Program Manager. She/he will be responsible for Management and distribution of medicine to the targeted HFs& beneficiaries.
Main Tasks
· Produce daily, weekly and monthly consuming reports.
· Provide necessary information (dosage, usage, and distribution) about the prescribed drugs to patients/clients.
· Follow-up the HFs pharmacists’ performance.
· Support logistical and financial departments in providing necessary supportive documents in order to facilitate procurement and payments.
· Prepare and review the drugs & medicines reports.
· Keep the project’s medicines in the warehouses from any damage or tamper.
· Visit and supervise the pharmacists and solve their problems that may occur.
· Print and process all records, reports and prescriptions and deliver them to the targeted facilities.
· Prepare the payment requests according to the field needs.
· Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Essential:
· bachelor's or Diploma in Pharmacy.
· Minimum three years professional experience with drug management systems
· INGO experience preferred
· Personal qualities: Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well.

· Contribute on development of relevant data collection tools and monitoring as well as development of data and information storage.
· Enter data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files and database improvement and update databases & records with new information on time given by project manager
· Transfer & update data from written records, interviews, and paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners
· Handle numerical data accurately and Create and organizing spreadsheets with large numbers.

Under the supervision of the MEAL Manager, the MEAL Officer will make sure to maintain an effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system of NAHR projects. The tasks will include routine monitoring of activities, providing monitoring reports, conducting field visits to ensure compliance with established standard and requirements. The MEAL Officer reports directly to the MEAL Manager. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main Tasks
Technical Support and Management:
· Work with and support NAHR’s Senior Staff, the Directors of Relief and Development Programs, and the Program Managers in preparing program MEAL plans, indicators and mechanisms for M&E in line with strategic program plans and budgets.
· Support the development of the logical framework for projects, including MEAL support during proposal development to ensure adequate MEAL budget forecasts for field and office activities.
· Support planning, implementation and follow-up of evaluations by: writing terms of references, preparing project summaries, participating in the selection of external consultants for evaluating NAHR projects, and technically and financially coordinating with consultant in relation to field assessments.
· Track outputs and expected results of ongoing projects and the extent of completion of various activities and present findings to NAHR leadership, the Directors of Relief Programs and Development Programs, and Program Managers at monthly meetings allocated for this purpose.
· Ensure the achievement of results and outputs necessary for development and humanitarian response according to the needs of local communities.
· Develop and design information management systems resulting from monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities, such as progress reports, databases and complaint mechanisms.
· Report to NAHR’s Senior Management in a timely manner on the progress and completion of project/program implementation, including obstacles faced and technical, administrative and financial solutions proposed.
· Supervise MEAL staff as well as advocacy, communication and media officials for relief and development programs.
· Monitor and assist Program Managers in preparing long-term plans for the projects they manage, specifying a timeline for issuing reports to donors
· Follow-up and supervise staff preparing news reports and stories published on NAHR’s website
· Introduce low cost techniques to improve project performance in the organization and facilitate mechanisms for updates of reports.
· Provide MEAL support during audits
Coordination and Representation:
· Work on developing and reviewing program strategies in partnership with the concerned authorities and affected populations in project governorates and districts
· Coordinate with NFDRH’s directors of relief and development programs and other concerned departments while planning new projects within the framework of the programs to develop the necessary indicators according to the MEAL policy
· Coordinate needs assessments with governorate and local authorities and provide support to field staff to document evaluation findings, including an analysis of beneficiary needs.
· In coordination with the Director of Development Programs, the Director of Relief Programs and the Coordinator of the Peace building and Governance Program, assess the institutional capacities of local organizations before signing any partner sub-agreements to carry out field activities and services with NAHR and make recommendations to senior management.
· Upon acceptance of grants, immediately coordinate with program managers and other the relevant departments to prepare executive plans for procurement, follow up and evaluation.
· Continuously coordinate with the directors of relief and development programs, program managers, and department managers to ensure the number, review and delivery of periodic, mid-term, and annual reports are submitted for review and approval to senior staff, donors and other stakeholders in a timely-manner.

The role of the MEAL Officer is not limited to the specific duties mentioned above. It is subject to change with the evolution of the conflict and in accordance with NAHR’s vision and mission. As such, the MEAL Officer is required to manage all unforeseen issues and circumstances in relation to the monitoring and evaluation and should remain adaptable to perform responsibilities that may not be mentioned above, as and when required.

Main Tasks
Technical Support and Management:
· Prepare procurement procedures in accordance with the rules, regulations and manuals adopted in coordination with the programs concerned with NAHR.
· Prepare various procedures around project implementation within NAHR’s Procurement Policies, including direct or urgent purchases
· Record purchases within NAHR’s procurement documents in order to prove materials purchased are classified and entered in the financial system
· Follow-up and monitor purchased materials to ensure proper procurement and distribution to warehouses in accordance with invoices and purchase contracts
· Document, control and execute receipt of invoices received from suppliers.
· Match supplier invoices with warehouse’s purchase orders and receipt of supplies, issued by administration, and indicate supply’s safety.
· Match the total balance of the inventory control record with the balance in the system.
· Keep inventory of suppliers' debts whose period has expired with periodic reports.
· Create a file for each resource needed/ordered, containing all correspondence and agreements between NAHR and the supplier. Make sure all files are consistently labelled, indexed and organized to facilitate accessing and referencing it.
Coordination and Representation:
· Assist the Operations Manager in preparing the procurement plan of NAHR and its related projects.
· Participate in the Inventory Committee periodically, and, at the end of the year, in coordination with the Warehouse Manager, match the inventory results with inventory control records and search for discrepancies (if any) and report them.
· Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to identify stock gaps and ordering needs to ensure supplies are fully stocked for corresponding projects.
Administrative Duties
· Review the invoices received from suppliers and match them with suppliers' contracts, identify any discrepancies, if any, and follow them up.
· Follow-up late invoices with suppliers.
· Report on non-moving, slow-moving, obsolete and stagnant items.
· Other duties as assigned.
The role of Procurement & Contracting Officer is not limited to the specific duties mentioned above. It is subject to change with the evolution of the conflict and in accordance with NAHR’s vision and mission. As such, the Procurement & Contracting Officer is required to manage all unforeseen issues and circumstances in relation to NAHR’s logistical support functions and should remain adaptable to perform responsibilities that may not be mentioned above, as and when required.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or something similar
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Logistics in a humanitarian/development context
- Substantial knowledge of standard logistics procedures and practices
- Basic knowledge of financial and HR procedures
- Familiarity working with procurement software
- Good level of technical skills in mechanics/IT/Communications/construction or other desired
- Experience with field level coordination with other stakeholders UN, INGOs, NNGOs and government

HR Officer Job Description
The HR Officer is responsible for hiring, developing, and looking after NAHR’s employees. He/she is often also involved in training and monitoring performance. inThe HR Officer reports directly to the HR Manager. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main Tasks
Technical Support:
· Assist in the preparation of human resource policies and mechanisms.
· Plan and organize all contracting activities and services.
· Prepare NAHR’s human resource needs plan, which includes projecting the numbers of human resources, their specifications, qualifications, specialties, type, age, etc.
· Prepare and follow-up job announcement required by NAHR and advertised these announcements in local and foreign newspapers, or websites according to the type of job and the conditions specified by the job description card.
· Check and review employment contract drafts in coordination with NAHR’s Contracting Officer
· Prepare an introduction letter, with the approval of NAHR’s Director, to new employees specifying their offer of employment, start date and salary.
· Implement the procedures for termination and/or evacuation of employees, when necessary.
· Compile, screen and process all applications submitted to NAHR for advertised positions
· Distribute cell phones to employees for work use in the office or field, collect them when employees go on vacation or terminate their contract with NAHR, and provide data around cell-phone use to management on a continuous basis.
Administrative Duties
· Implement all administrative and financial decisions issued by the Chief Executive Officer.
· Supervise employee attendance and follow-up on excessive employee absences, reporting any abnormal conduct to NAHR leadership.
· Prepare and input employee data into NAHR’s files both manually and systematically
· Create and update employees’ files containing the following contents:
o Employee origin of contract, edited and approved between NAHR and the contractor.
o Copy of the employee’s job description.
o A copy of the employee’s certificates and academic qualifications
o Copy of ID / family ID / passport.
o A copy of the employee’s bank information for payment purposes
The role of the HR Officer is not limited to the specific duties mentioned above. It is subject to change with the evolution of the conflict and in accordance with NAHR’s vision and mission. As such, the HR Officer is required to manage all unforeseen issues and circumstances in relation to NAHR’s human resources and should remain adaptable to perform responsibilities that may not be mentioned above, as and when required.

The Finance Officer will take charge of NAHR’s financial health by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. He/she will prepare audits, invoices and budgets, as well as manage accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ultimately, he/she will be responsible for the day-to-day management of NAHR’s financial transactions and procedures. The Finance Officer will report directly to the Finance Manager. Main Tasks
Technical Support and Management:
· Maintain complete books of accounts, as per NAHR Finance Manual.
· Check all payment claims to ensure compliance with: NAHR policies and procedures, valid scheme of delegation, NAHR donor compliance requirements, in-country laws and any other official regulatory authority.
· Ensure that all payments are properly coded to record against active awards and to complete authorization of respective budget holders as per NAHR Scheme of Delegation.
· Ensure that all program implementation activities that require direct or indirect disbursement of hard cash to suppliers, contractors, and beneficiaries are safe-guarded by segregation of duty.
· Ensure appropriate segregation of duties for each and every financial management task
· Maintain assets and liabilities monthly schedules and reconciliations with Financial Management system (FMS).
· Ensure that daily financial matters are handled in a systematic, accurate and transparent manner.
· Signal Finance Manager of any financial risks / fraud activities.
· Ensure that positions reporting to you fully comply with NAHR policies and procedures and arrange trainings around financial management.
· Oversee the professional direction / delegation / supervision / accountability of reporting staff as per their job descriptions or any official documentation.
Coordination and Representation:
· Assist FC to strengthen internal controls and the environment around it.
· Ensure preparation of employees’ monthly salary cost allocations in close coordination with Human Resource (HR).
· Assist FC in tracing all account balance sheets on a monthly basis and at the end of each award.
· Monitor cash and bank flows on a daily-basis and maintain close coordination with financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions, while safeguarding NAHR’s cash from assessed / known risks.
· If, for unforeseen reasons, institutional banking system services are not available, arrange an alternative arrangement with consent from a respective Field Manager or Finance Director.
· Assist the Field and Country Office Finance teams during internal/ external audits, donor specific audits, and authorized third-party reviews of financial records.
· Closely work with Field Office Awards Coordinator to fully understand financial and compliance aspects of donor funded portfolios and use Award Management System (AMS) to understand donor financial compliance requirements.
· Maintain working relationship with NAHR partners and support Field and Country Offices to ensure smooth financial implementation of projects through partners.
Administrative Duties
· Actively participate in Budgetary review meetings.
· Submit all Internal and external financial reports in a timely manner.
· Prepare/review Bank and cash GLACOS, and financial data entry on a daily-basis.
· Follow-up prepayments (like rent, Internet service, etc.) and manage schedule on FMS monthly.
· Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts are prepared on a regularly basis.
· Review official e-mails on a daily-basis, respond to queries from suppliers and colleagues in a timely and appropriate manner, and ensure any problematic issues are raised with the line manager at the earliest opportunity.
· Other duties as assigned.

Job Profile:
The program assistant will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project activities, will be involved in training, supervising, and assisting field staff to ensure the best possible services are delivered to the targeted beneficiaries . S/he will work in constant collaboration with the field coordinator, Project Manager, Program Manager, other local authorities and community members in order to improve/promote theProject activities and services of the beneficiaries from the targeted communities.
Responsibilities, Tasks & Duties:
Follow up on plans, project schedules, learning activities and team roles and oversee their implementation to ensure timely completion of the tasks, objectives and promptly report any challenges or delays in implementing the activity to the field project coordinator.
· Contributing on coordination with local authorities, the H&N al committee, H&N offices in the governorate and stakeholders, as well as to establishing good relations with beneficiaries and community leaders to facilitate the implementation of the project activities.
· Ensure sound management for the project information and data inside NAHR systems (Portal 365 365 and ERP)
· Setup and update (daily & weekly basis) project activities, indicators, tasks and documentations in NAHR's systems (Portal 365 365 and ERP).
· Working as a liaison between the H&N al sites, Directorate H&N Offices, central steering and H&N committees and the NAHR office to facilitate the project work and report any specific problems to the H&N specialist and project coordinator.
· Coordination and cooperation with partners and H&N clusters, holding the necessary meetings, actively participating in abilities building for partners, and representing the organization effectively in the related meetings, events and training.
· Identify potential problems in the implementation of the project in the field and participate with the project coordinator in developing proposed solutions to any difficulties and problems that the team may face.
· Supervising the registration of students in H&N al sites and the mechanism of tests, interviews, comparisons and verifying the application of the required standards and conditions required when they are accepted, and participating in the provision of qualified teachers for each site.
· Verifying the completeness and correctness of the documents for both students and teachers and submitting deficiencies of them to the project coordinator and the steering and examination committee, and following up on their provision.
· Participate in planning and supervising the teacher training, preparing training, trainees and trainers sites, collecting their documents, signing contracts with them and following up on their entitlements and financial evictions.
· Participate in submitting the needs of H&N al sites from H&N al bags and supplies and in submitting purchase orders, supplying, checking and distributing them.
· Participation with the Central Committee for Guidance and H&N in choosing the academic content and activities carefully and aiming at imparting basic knowledge, concepts and skills without tampering and motivating them towards continuing their learning.
· Participating in community awareness about the importance of H&N .
· Implementation of field visits for follow-up and supervision, which is required of him to implement them according to the plan, which is two visits to each H&N al site per week, the first for the purpose of following up how is the curricula plan is going for each subject according to the timetable, following up on preparation notebooks, evaluating the performance of teachers and teaching methods, and following up the level of students’ progress in academic achievement..... etc. And the second visit for the purpose of following up the activities carried out with quantities (such as building temporary classrooms, maintenance works, distribution of bags, tools and supplies for students and teachers, building bathrooms, supplied water ..... etc., submitting needs, as well as evaluating the site, the level of cleanliness, and the extent to which safe schools protocols are applied in it, and submitting the supervision report Follow-up on Thursday evening every week.
· Follow up the work schedules and submit the number of classes and days of absence, the result of the performance evaluation, the percentage of achievement for the employee and the amount of incentive for each teacher on the day 28th of the end of each month.
· Receiving the monthly report submitted by the H&N al sites (paper) and reviewing it well or verifying the correctness and completeness of the data in it and its conformity with the records of the H&N al site and handing it over to the coordinator + submitting the monthly report (electronic) of the project activities, the number of cases benefiting from each activity during the month and the percentage of completion in the required indicators The measures taken to submit them and the most important suggestions, in addition to attaching photos and supporting documents, on the 28th of the end of each month.
· Follow-up on the complaints mechanism submitted by children, parents, teachers and directors of H&N al sites, and work to solve them as soon as possible.
· Participating in the development of H&N al services and activities in H&N al sites and providing them in the required form and quality, which will have a high percentage of beneficiaries’ satisfaction.
· Comply with all applicable systems, organizational procedures, principles and institutional values.
· Maintaining all documents, agreements, minutes, supplies, financial evictions and reports, and archiving them on paper and electronically.

Main Tasks
Carry out technical studies.
Plan project construction activities in coordination with the Wash Project Manager and project staff.
Determine scope for chosen works, including technical specifications.
Assess on-site progress and participate in site-identification to develop a site selection criteria list, as per the technical assessment
Participate in selection process of technician’s supervisors in the field to ensure the construction/rehabilitation works are implemented properly and with line of agreed specifications.
Work closely with the project team to mobilize the target communities and other relevant sides in order to make them good sensitized with whole project activities including WASH interventions.
Assist project team in all soft work activities (carrying out baseline survey/Assessments, formation of community committees).
Visit the field to ensure contractors are respecting all aspects of GWQ standards.
Provide capacity building to project technical staff and all WASH activities in the field.
Monitor resources and coordinate vehicle usage in the field with project staff
Reporting and Liaising.
Participate and lead in developing training material for WASH project construction, monitoring and maintenance.
Conduct sessions with other project staff to discuss and understand all technical aspects of WASH including construction needs, community participation and quality control.
Write/compile monthly construction progress reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, preferably in water and sanitation.
2-r years of experience in WASH related activities.
Knowledge of designing water and sanitation systems.

Job Summary:
The FSL/MPCA Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation of cash-based interventions for vulnerable households, ensuring timely and effective assistance delivery in line with donor and organizational standards. The role involves field-level coordination, community engagement, beneficiary registration, data management, and support during distribution. The assistant will also conduct monitoring visits and ensure beneficiaries are well-informed about the program and their entitlements. Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and implementation of MPC activities in the assigned area according to project plans and guidelines.
Participate in beneficiary targeting, registration, and verification exercises using digital or paper-based tools.
Assist in conducting community sensitization and awareness sessions about MPC assistance and eligibility criteria.
Liaise with community leaders and local authorities to ensure smooth implementation and community acceptance.
Ensure the proper collection, storage, and transfer of beneficiary data with confidentiality and accuracy.
Provide field-level support during the cash distribution process, including crowd control and verification.

Job Purpose:
Health & Nutrition Field Assistant will be directly supervising the technical staff with frequent visits to the field to ensure the quality of implementation of the health and nutrition project in the project targeted health facilities in Amran Governorate.
The Field assistant is also responsible for the coordination with authorities and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities.
S/ he is responsible to carry out field work in order to mobilize communities, monitor activities and provide support to project management and other team members for the effective and efficient implementation of the project’s activities. S/he will be responsible for the coordination between the team project and all key stakeholders at the targeted districts, implementing work plan, collecting Health information and preparing the monthly and timely reports, follow up the activities in the HFs
The Field assistant will ensure the supplies are provided on time and that the Health activities are addressed on its time. The post holder will be directly reporting to Project Manager. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main responsibilities and duties:
· Provide the Technical Support and Management for health workers in the targeted HFs.
· Coordinate and communicate with relevant government and local authorities at field level.
· Support and oversee the day-to-day implementation of all activities in the field site and submit the daily reports documented with pictures.
· Submit all the weekly, monthly and achievement reports to the line manager on time.
· Review and ensure timely submission of financial and logistical reports from the field site as required.
· Continuous communication with the directors of the health facilities in which the team is located, to ensure the quality of service provided and constantly monitor their performance.
· Solve all the problems that the teams will face in the field.
· Continues communication with the management to keep them informed on any new update.
· Attend regular meetings with the local authorities and organizations working in the governorate.

· Follow up and supervise the delivery of the basic equipment and furniture to the health centres.

Qualifications and competencies:
Essential
· University degree in Public Health or health or nutrition related qualifications or other relevant qualifications.
· At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Health Field coordinator, assistant or officer.
· Previous experience in a humanitarian setting with NGO.
· Excellent interpersonal and representative skills (written, oral, cross – cultural)

Under the supervision of the MEAL Manager, the Senior MEAL Officer will make sure to maintain an effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system of NAHR projects. The tasks will include routine monitoring of activities, providing monitoring reports, conducting field visits to ensure compliance with established standard and requirements. The Senior MEAL Officer reports directly to the MEAL Advisor. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main Tasks
Technical Support and Management:
· Work with and support NAHR’s Senior Staff, the Directors of Relief and Development Programs, and the Program Managers in preparing program MEAL plans, indicators and mechanisms for M&E in line with strategic program plans and budgets.
· Support the development of the logical framework for projects, including MEAL support during proposal development to ensure adequate MEAL budget forecasts for field and office activities.
· Support planning, implementation and follow-up of evaluations by: writing terms of references, preparing project summaries, participating in the selection of external consultants for evaluating NAHR projects, and technically and financially coordinating with consultant in relation to field assessments.
· Track outputs and expected results of ongoing projects and the extent of completion of various activities and present findings to NAHR leadership, the Directors of Relief Programs and Development Programs, and Program Managers at monthly meetings allocated for this purpose.
· Ensure the achievement of results and outputs necessary for development and humanitarian response according to the needs of local communities.
· Develop and design information management systems resulting from monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities, such as progress reports, databases and complaint mechanisms.
· Report to NAHR’s Senior Management in a timely manner on the progress and completion of project/program implementation, including obstacles faced and technical, administrative and financial solutions proposed.
· Supervise MEAL staff as well as advocacy, communication and media officials for relief and development programs.
· Monitor and assist Program Managers in preparing long-term plans for the projects they manage, specifying a timeline for issuing reports to donors

· Introduce low cost techniques to improve project performance in the organization and facilitate mechanisms for updates of reports.

Coordination and Representation:
· Work on developing and reviewing program strategies in partnership with the concerned authorities and affected populations in project governorates and districts
· Coordinate with NFDRH’s directors of relief and development programs and other concerned departments while planning new projects within the framework of the programs to develop the necessary indicators according to the MEAL policy
· Coordinate needs assessments with governorate and local authorities and provide support to field staff to document evaluation findings, including an analysis of beneficiary needs.
· In coordination with the Director of Development Programs, the Director of Relief Programs and the Coordinator of the Peace building and Governance Program, assess the institutional capacities of local organizations before signing any partner sub-agreements to carry out field activities and services with NAHR and make recommendations to senior management.
· Upon acceptance of grants, immediately coordinate with program managers and other the relevant departments to prepare executive plans for procurement, follow up and evaluation.
· Continuously coordinate with the directors of relief and development programs, program managers, and department managers to ensure the number, review and delivery of periodic, mid-term, and annual reports are submitted for review and approval to senior staff, donors and other stakeholders in a timely-manner.

Main Tasks
Technical Support and Management:
· Prepare procurement procedures in accordance with the rules, regulations and manuals adopted in coordination with the programs concerned with NAHR.
· Prepare various procedures around project implementation within NAHR’s Procurement Policies, including direct or urgent purchases
· Record purchases within NAHR’s procurement documents in order to prove materials purchased are classified and entered in the financial system
· Follow-up and monitor purchased materials to ensure proper procurement and distribution to warehouses in accordance with invoices and purchase contracts
· Document, control and execute receipt of invoices received from suppliers.
· Match supplier invoices with warehouse’s purchase orders and receipt of supplies, issued by administration, and indicate supply’s safety.
· Match the total balance of the inventory control record with the balance in the system.
· Keep inventory of suppliers' debts whose period has expired with periodic reports.
· Create a file for each resource needed/ordered, containing all correspondence and agreements between NAHR and the supplier. Make sure all files are consistently labelled, indexed and organized to facilitate accessing and referencing it.
Coordination and Representation:
· Assist the Operations Manager in preparing the procurement plan of NAHR and its related projects.
· Participate in the Inventory Committee periodically, and, at the end of the year, in coordination with the Warehouse Manager, match the inventory results with inventory control records and search for discrepancies (if any) and report them.
· Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to identify stock gaps and ordering needs to ensure supplies are fully stocked for corresponding projects.
Administrative Duties

HR Officer Job Description
The HR Officer is responsible for hiring, developing, and looking after NAHR’s employees. He/she is often also involved in training and monitoring performance. inThe HR Officer reports directly to the HR Manager. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main Tasks
Technical Support:
· Assist in the preparation of human resource policies and mechanisms.
· Plan and organize all contracting activities and services.

The Finance Officer will take charge of NAHR’s financial health by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. · Maintain complete books of accounts, as per NAHR Finance Manual.

The MPCA Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation of cash-based interventions for vulnerable households, ensuring timely and effective assistance delivery in line with donor and organizational standards. The role involves field-level coordination, community engagement, beneficiary registration, data management, and support during distribution. The program assistant will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project activities, will be involved in training, supervising, and assisting field staff to ensure the best possible services are delivered to the targeted beneficiaries through the targeted schools. · Implementation of field visits for follow-up and supervision, which is required of him to implement them according to the plan, which is two visits to each H&N al site per week, the first for the purpose of following up how is the curricula plan is going for each subject according to the timetable, following up on preparation notebooks, evaluating the performance of teachers and teaching methods, and following up the level of students’ progress in academic achievement..... etc. And the second visit for the purpose of following up the activities carried out with quantities (such as building temporary classrooms, maintenance works, distribution of bags, tools and supplies for students and teachers, building bathrooms, supplied water ..... etc., submitting needs, as well as evaluating the site, the level of cleanliness, and the extent to which safe schools protocols are applied in it, and submitting the supervision report Follow-up on Thursday evening every week.
· Follow up the work schedules and submit the number of classes and days of absence, the result of the performance evaluation, the percentage of achievement for the employee and the amount of incentive for each teacher on the day 28th of the end of each month.
· Receiving the monthly report submitted by the H&N al sites (paper) and reviewing it well or verifying the correctness and completeness of the data in it and its conformity with the records of the H&N al site and handing it over to the coordinator + submitting the monthly report (electronic) of the project activities, the number of cases benefiting from each activity during the month and the percentage of completion in the required indicators The measures taken to submit them and the most important suggestions, in addition to attaching photos and supporting documents, on the 28th of the end of each month.
· Follow-up on the complaints mechanism submitted by children, parents, teachers and directors of H&N al sites, and work to solve them as soon as possible.
· Participating in the development of H&N al services and activities in H&N al sites and providing them in the required form and quality, which will have a high percentage of beneficiaries’ satisfaction.
· Comply with all applicable systems, organizational procedures, principles and institutional values.
· Maintaining all documents, agreements, minutes, supplies, financial evictions and reports, and archiving them on paper and electronically.
· Commit to implement any directives assigned to you by the direct official or the project manager
The role of the Program Assistant is not limited to the specific duties mentioned above. It is subject to change with the evolution of the conflict and in accordance with NAHR’s vision and mission. As such, the Program Assistant is required to manage all unforeseen issues and circumstances in relation to NAHR integrated project and should remain adaptable to perform responsibilities that may not be mentioned above, as and when required.
Experiences, Qualifications and Abilities
Essential
· University degree in H&N or other relevant qualifications.
· At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Field assistant.
· Previous experience in a humanitarian setting with NGO.
· Excellent interpersonal and representative skills (written, oral, cross – cultural)
· Good knowledge about key donor regulations.
· Ability to take initiative where appropriate to deal with difficulties encountered in daily work
· Ability to conduct work in a professional and wise manner
· Ability to deal with relations with local authorities as a representative of NAHR
· Ability to manage local staff in a mature and impartial manner
· Commitment to the values and principles of NAHR.
· Good English language skill.
